We advertise properties UK-wide. As long as your property is located within England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, we can list it across Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location.
Our packages start from just £99 for Tenant Finder, £149 for The Essentials, and £299 for Everything You Need. We also offer a Full Management service from £77pcm. There's no commission and no hidden extras.
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade to a higher package at any point from your dashboard, and we'll only charge you the difference between what you've already paid and the new package price.
Your property stays live on all listed portals until it's let, or for a maximum of 3 months per package. If it hasn't let within that time, you can renew or upgrade your listing.
Depending on your package, your advert will appear on LetBritain's own website as well as Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location — the same portals used by traditional high street agents.
On our self-managed packages, you conduct viewings directly with interested tenants at times that suit you both. If you've chosen Full Management, our team will arrange and carry out viewings on your behalf.
Once a tenancy agreement has been signed, the deposit is collected directly from the tenant. You are responsible for registering it with a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme within 30 days.
By law, the deposit must be protected in a government-backed scheme such as the DPS, MyDeposits or TDS within 30 days of receiving it. Our Everything You Need package includes deposit registration for you.
We recommend using a professional referencing service to check a prospective tenant's credit history, employment status, and previous landlord references. This can be arranged through your LetBritain dashboard.
Tenants typically pay rent by standing order directly into your bank account. If you've chosen our Full Management or Everything You Need packages, we can also facilitate rent collection on your behalf.
On self-managed packages, tenants contact you directly for any maintenance issues. With our Full Management service, our team handles all tenant queries and repairs on your behalf.
As soon as you've signed up, uploaded photos and a description of your property, it can go live on all portals within hours — often the same day.
