Step two
Decide which of our packages best suits your requirements. Remember, for increased exposure you can select extra options, such as, a highlighted listing to ensure that you appear above the competition.
Step three
When you’re ready to go live, we’ll publish your listing to all the major UK property portals, like Rightmove and Zoopla. Your property will be visible to thousands of potential tenants looking to rent a home just like yours.
Step four
All inquiries will be sent through to your LetBritain landlord dashboard. You can get in touch with prospective tenants, arrange viewings and finalise paperwork all from one convenient digital location.
Step five
When you havefound a tenant you want to move in, LetBritain will reference the tenant on your behalf and if they pass we will use our e-sign tenancy agreement paperwork to finalise the deal!
