What happens if something goes wrong at the property – like the boiler breaking down? +
Your tenants will have a dedicated phone number to call us on should something like this happen. We'll get all the information we need from the tenants and then book the repairs in.
If a job is over £250, we'll send you a quote before actioning anything. Otherwise we'll take care of everything and add the bill to your monthly invoice with us.
What happens if there is a problem at a weekend, or even on Christmas Day?+
That's what we're here for. Our emergency out-of-hours maintenance services are available 24/7, 365 days of the year, so you can rest easy knowing we're taking care of things.
